		<description>I don&#039;t have any places to send you or your readers to where you can get advise on road trips with your children, but from expereience  these trips provide a wonderful opportunity to engage their imagination.  

I remember one trip with great clarity.  When I was a child we travelled across Canada from Ontario to British Columbia in a car.  Some of the stories we made up along the way went into my &quot;What I did on my summer vacation&quot; speech when I came home.  I won the coveted first place that year!  (I think I was 7).

My boys are both adults now, so road trips with them are a thing of the past, but we certainly developed a bond during those trips.  
Having toddlers, now that has to be a little more difficult.</description>
